Recipes

Our Tuckered Out Farm "recipe exchange" began with an email discussion that started with a member asking, "what else can I do with this kale?" We hope to add more recipes this year and make it easy for our members to exchange ideas.

We are assuming you know how to steam or saute just about anything you get. And don't be ashamed to just "graze" and eat everything fresh. But if you want to try something different, we've organized the following recipes according to the season.

You'll note that most of these recipes are rather imprecise. Susan and Wrayal like to cook by inventing as they go, so often the amounts added are a "bunch" here or a "sprinkle" there. Or for that matter, it's just a list of ingredients and ideas for you to figure out. Our member recipes are often more specific.Hopefully you'll get the gist....
